Student assistant (60 hours per month)

Your responsibility

We are seeking support for the “DURALYS” research project, which investigates materials for efficient and corrosion-resistant water splitting:

  • Assistance with the synthesis of multimetal metal oxides under high-purity conditions (40%)
  • Assistance with characterization using spectroscopy and other standard methods (30%)
  • Support for integration into catalytic layers (30%)

Your profile

Required criteria:

  • Strong knowledge of chemistry or chemical engineering
  • Strong knowledge in the field of catalysis, electrochemical water splitting and materials science and chemical analytics
  • Experience in synthesis of materials and compounds in high purity conditions, i.e. Schlenk lines
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
