Tasks
What You’ll Build
We seed products to hundreds of creators across Europe and the US. Right now, the signals that tell us:
- who to work with,
- who will convert,
- and how to find similar creators
are scattered across platforms.
You’ll help us replace manual workflows with scalable systems.
Your core ownership will focus on:
- The Discovery Pipeline: Building scraping and ingestion pipelines to crawl TikTok and Instagram for niche creator signals (wellness, aesthetics, coffee alternatives, etc.)
- The Scoring Engine: Designing enrichment and ranking logic based on engagement, audience quality, growth patterns, and conversion signals
- The Growth Layer: Connecting pipelines directly into outreach and reporting infrastructure to turn raw data into growth
Requirements
- Studying Computer Science, Data Engineering, or another highly quantitative field
- Strong fundamentals in Python, APIs, scraping, and data parsing
- Fascinated by TikTok, social platforms, and creator economics
- Excited by messy real-world data problems and building clean systems from scratch
- Want to write code that ships fast and directly impacts growth
