Tesla is a fast-paced, high-performance environment where we solve "impossible" problems every day. Whether you are deep into Electrical Engineering or mastering the complexities of Supply Chain, the Giga Berlin Talent Discovery Tour is your chance to:

  • See Innovation in Motion: Walk the floor where the Model Y and future technologies come to life.
  • Meet the Makers: Connect directly with Tesla engineers and HR leads who are scaling the mission.
  • Fast-Track Your Career: This tour serves as a talent scouting hub. Outstanding participants will be identified for upcoming internships, thesis roles, and full-time positions.

Requirements for participation

We are scouting for high-potential Bachelor or Master’s students with a passion for excellence.

  • STEM Focus: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Battery Tech, Automation Technology, Aviation or similar disciplines.
  • Business, Operations & Beyond: You are an exceptional student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or other disciplines. You possess a strong technical affinity.

What we offer

We have designed a compact, high-impact program to give you maximum insight into our operations:
11:45 AM | Arrival & Mission Briefing: Registration, safety induction, and an introduction by the Tesla & JUNI scouting team.
12:00 PM | The Deep Dive: A guided factory tour through selected production areas—witness the scale of our casting, stamping, and assembly.
13:30 PM | Keynote: “Working & Building at Tesla Giga”: Join a deep-dive session and Career Insights Panel featuring Tesla engineers and HR experts.
2:30 PM | Networking & Q&A: Fuel up with coffee and engage in direct 1-on-1 conversations with our team. Ask the questions that matter to your career.
3:00 PM | Departure: End of the experience.
