Mandatory Internship in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

Tasks

In your role you will work closely with our Corporate EHS Team and contribute to key initiatives that strengthen our safety culture, enhance learning experiences, and support the development of engaging eLearning modules, assist in the improvements to the integrated management system, and help enhance HSE reporting through data-driven insights and visualization. This internship offers you
the chance to gain hands-on experience, take ownership of real projects, and develop skills that will benefit your future career.

Your responsibilities

  • Support Safety Campaigns Contribute to the planning and execution of safety awareness initiatives that promote a zero accident culture across the organization.
  • Develop eLearning Modules Assist in creating engaging digital learning content for safety training, energy awareness, and compliance-related topics.
  • Contribute to global management system. The integration of EHS-relevant documents, maintaining a user-friendly platform, mapping processes, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Enhance HSE Reporting Help optimize HSE reporting processes by improving data collection, visualization, and analysis to enable data-driven decisionmaking.

Requirements

What do you bring to the table

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (mandatory internship requirement)
  • Genuine interest in EHS, sustainability, and continuous improvement
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and visualize insights
  • Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • High motivation to learn and contribute to impactful corporate initiatives
  • Compensation: €450/month
