We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our product team at Caplend. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end process of turning product ideas into real features - from research and planning through to execution and evaluation - all within an agile and fast-moving fintech environment. A particular focus will be on helping us design and build AI-driven products that enhance user experience and automate key financial processes.

This is a great opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in digital product management, blockchain user research, and fintech innovation, especially in the rapidly evolving field of applied artificial intelligence and AI Agents.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a focus on IT, business informatics, computer science, or a related field

• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus

• Hands-on, tech-savvy approach, you enjoy exploring digital tools and understanding how things work

• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage small projects

• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, regulated fintech environment; familiarity with financial technologies or EU regulations (e.g., MiCAR) is a plus
