Your responsibility
Technical assistance for work in the cell biology laboratory in the field of human T-cell immunology using isolation and in vitro culture of human T-cells, genetic manipulation and multiparameter FACS analysis, as well as FACS/MACS cell sorting.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training with state recognition as a medical-technical, biological-technical or physical-technical assistant
- Experience with flow cytometric cell analysis and/or cell sorting, especially of human leukocytes/T cells
- Experience working In a cell biology and molecular biology research laboratory
- Experience in in vitro cultivation and/or genetic manipulation of primary T cells (CRISPR/Cas9, viral)
- Experience wlth antigen-specific cytometry (ARTE assay) (desired)
- Experlence with magnetic cell separation of human leukocyte populations (especially MACS) (desired)
- high motivation and flexibility in terms of working hours (desired)
- ability to work in a team to work independently (desired)
- organizational skills and responsible handling of biological matarials (desired)
- very good German skills, good Engtish skills (spoken/written)
