
As a subsidiary company of the Technische Universität Berlin, we organize conventions, academic conferences, trade fair participation and exhibitions, the TU Berlin Summer & Winter University, as well as postgraduate MBA, MBL and M.Sc. programs at TU Berlin.
In our department, we currently organize and supervise six fee-based continuing education master's programs at "Technische Universität Berlin".
We are looking for the following position in the “Advanced Masters Programs” department to start as soon as possible:
1 working student (m, f, d) with 15 weekly hours (according to agreement)
Tasks
- Supporting the Advanced Masters Programs team in its day-to-day business, e.g.:
- Preparatory support services for courses, teaching conferences, information and kick-off events, and graduation ceremonies
- Preparing documents and materials, etc.
- General correspondence with prospective students, students, and lecturers
- Application, selection, and admission procedures
- Student and exam management
- Support for e-learning tools on the university's internal Moodle platform
- Technical assistance (hardware and software) at various events
- Support in the management and maintenance of audiovisual equipment
- Support in the further development of the website
Requirements
- Enrolled as a student, preferably in an undergraduate (or graduate) program (preferred but not required in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Economics)
- Very good English and German communication skills (writing & speaking)
- Sound user knowledge of MS-Office programs, high affinity for using digital infrastructure
- Organizational talent, great commitment, flexible and creative
- Friendly and with a confident attitude towards international students, lecturers, and colleagues
