Student assistant (40 hours per month)

Tasks

The SozImpact project at the ZTG supports 6 inter- and transdisciplinary projects in the ‘Transformation Cluster Social Innovations for Sustainable Cities’ programme in reflecting on the intended and achieved societal impacts as well as the assessment of impacts using a digitalised monitoring tool. Part of the accompanying research is also the comparative systematisation of the social innovations pursued in the projects and their effects. The future holder of the position will have the following tasks:

  • Support with literature research and writing of excerpts on social innovations and methods of impact analysis (25%)
  • Support with content preparation, documentation and evaluation of the planned impact workshops (20%)
  • Contributing to comparative analyses and the preparation and compilation of results (35%)
  • Editorial processing of scientific texts (20%)

Requirements

Must criteria:

  • Previous experience in the area of sustainable building and housing as well as social innovations for sustainable urban development
  • Experience with the conceptualisation and implementation of qualitative social research methods
  • Experience with literature research
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Can criteria:

  • Experience with the visualisation of content in Miro
  • Experiences with transdisciplinary and participatory research projects
