Your responsibility

We are seeking support for the DLR research project “Optimization of the creaminess of fava bean protein-based gels” for the following tasks:

  • Support with protein characterization (70%)
  • Support with interfacial rheological and tribological studies as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis of gel properties (30%)

Your profile

Required:

  • Experience in experimental work (laboratory, pilot plant)
  • Good knowledge of dispersed systems, gels, and protein functionality
  • Proficiency in using common Office applications
  • Good German and/or English language skills required; willingness to acquire any missing language skills

Optional:

  • Reliable and independent work ethic
