Postdoc (f/m/d) Magnetoelectric Antiferromagnets
Tasks
- Synthesis of magnetoelectric samples
- Structural characterization
- Magnetoelectric characterization
- Participation in x-ray and neutron beamtime measurements at large scale facilities
- Ion-beam induced modification of magnetoelectric samples
Requirements
- Completed PhD in the field of physics, material science or comparable natural sciences
- Fabrication and characterization of condensed matter samples with ferroic ordering
- Structural characterization (hard x-rays, neutrons, Raman, electron microscopy), measurements of electrical polarization
- Fluency in written and spoken English
