Community & Events Working Student
KI Park, one of Europe’s leading ecosystems for AI innovation and adoption, is looking for a motivated working student to join our Community & Events team. If you're curious about all things AI and want to learn how events are built from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you!
Tasks
You will be part of the KI Park Community & Events team, contributing to the development of KI Park’s offerings and supporting the planning and execution of events, bringing tangible value to both the AI ecosystem and our members.
- Assist in the organization of various events in Berlin, Germany, and Europe.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to better understand the needs of the European AI innovation ecosystem and identify emerging technologies, developments, and business models.
- Support the implementation of initiatives with KI Park members and the broader AI community.
Requirements
- You are a registered student at a university or college.
- You reside in Berlin or the surrounding area and are regularly present on site.
- You are in the late stages of your bachelor's degree or already in a master's program.
- You are looking for a longer-term commitment of at least 1 year.
- You can dedicate approximately 20 hours per week.
- You are proactive and take ownership of your tasks, even in fast-paced or uncertain environments.
- You have organizational talent and work in a structured manner.
- You are comfortable communicating with external partners, guests, and vendors in a professional manner.
- You have an interest in innovation, tech and AI, and support the mission of KI Park.
- You would like to learn how events are created, managed, and delivered.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written). Working knowledge of German is a plus but not a requirement.
- You have working proficiency with common office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Marketing and Event management experience is a plus but not required.
