Participation in research and teaching at the Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the fields of design, building construction, and project-integrated design, taking into account subject-specific job profile characteristics:

1. Experimental design theory and research-based design
2. Teaching of material and construction competence: linking architectural design with construction and material selection
3. Main topics: building with wood, circular and resource-efficient construction methods, and building transformation (conversion and reuse)
4. Architecture-related engagement with the topic of sustainability, considering socio-cultural relevance (health protection, comfort, appreciation) and ecological evaluation (use of materials/energy, circularity, and recyclability)

• Successfully completed academic university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in architecture.
• Willingness and ability to conduct academic research, supported by experience in a research environment and/or several years of work in design and planning in the fields of: building with wood, circular and resource-efficient construction methods, and building transformation (conversion and reuse).
• Outstanding quality in personal design work.
• Design-relevant computer skills (CAD, graphics, etc.).
• The ability to teach in German and/or in English is required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills.

Desirable:

• Teamwork skills and aptitude for teaching.
