Working Student Medical Devices (m/f/d) – Quality Management & Supply Chain
Join our team and contribute to an innovative MedTech project:
We are looking for motivated support for our international project PuriFi – a next-generation hemoadsorption system designed for extracorporeal blood purification in critically ill patients.
PuriFi is an active medical device used in clinical settings, meeting the highest standards for quality, logistics, and documentation.
As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will support our interdisciplinary team in the preparation, maintenance, and execution of PuriFi-related projects – from technical setup to process coordination within a highly regulated environment.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities – You will focus on the following areas:
- Project Management & Quality Assurance
- Support in the preparation of global projects in collaboration with Direct Sales, Distribution Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams
- Maintain project documentation using internal tools (e.g., Daylite, SharePoint)
- Assist in creating product-specific process and procedural instructions
- Support incoming inspections of new medical devices
- Equipment & Test Device Management
- Assist in managing the device inventory at our CSE warehouse (inspection, reprocessing, safety checks, and packaging)
- Contribute to the maintenance and administration of test equipment
- Logistics & Process Optimization
- Perform incoming goods inspections across our entire product portfolio
- Support the digitalization of warehouse workflows (e.g., ERP interfaces, scanner solutions)
- Contribute and implement ideas for the continuous improvement and efficiency of logistics processes
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in medical technology, logistics/operations, or a related field
- Technical and logistical understanding with a strong interest in medical device processes
- Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented work style
- Willingness to be on-site in Schöneiche several times per week
